Guest services at The Blue Parrot are provided by our Property Manager and private caretaker, Barry Bundrum who lives on Pine Island. Barry is a wealth of information about the Island and surrounding areas (including underwater venues--he's a diver!), and can help with any questions you have regarding the house, the grounds, and the island in general. He is also happy to help answer any specific questions you have regarding furnishings and supplies at The Blue Parrot, will help you make arrangements for day trips or fishing charters, and is the person to contact in the rare event that something needs attention during your stay.

Included in your rental are: ample supply of towels (bath and beach); bath soap, dish & dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent; paper towels and bath tissue; hair dryers (in all bathrooms); all linens and bedding; completely furnished kitchen.

When your water taxi arrives at Barnacle Phil's dock, Barry will be there to meet and greet you, and transport your party, luggage and groceries to the house, and be there on departure day to take you back to the dock. When you return your rental agreement, let us know what your transportation arrangements are so that we may coordinate them with Barry!

Be sure to take a good look at the numerous tropical plantings on our grounds--Barry will be happy to identify them for you, since he is responsible for the lovely landscaping that surrounds you.

If you need to re-supply your groceries, or have other special needs that require a mainland trip, contact Barry and he will make the appropriate arrangements.
